Expect New Fraud Schemes for COVID Tests

Now that the federal government is allowing every U.S. household to order four free COVID-19 rapid tests, fraud schemes may follow. In fact, fraudsters have already been sending COVID test kits in the mail to Medicare beneficiaries across the country who did not request them. The Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) deemed it the most-reported Medicare coronavirus fraud. Read a story from Bloomberg Law.
