Art Teacher Agrees to Pay

The United States entered a consent judgment against Segal Arts LLC and owner and manager Irina Segal. A complaint says that they submitted claims to Medicare for one-on-one occupational therapy services when, instead, they provided group arts-and-crafts sessions to Medicare beneficiaries at assisted living and similar facilities.
