Psychologist Indicted

Krameelah Banks, owner and operator of Arkansas Behavioral Center, was indicted for defrauding Medicare and Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and creating fictitious records to conceal her wrongdoing. The indictment includes allegations that she billed for more than 24 hours of services rendered in a single day and billed for over 130 sessions rendered to several patients who had long since died.
